Villa Eze-Sur-Mer

The renovation of this 1970’s villa involved a complete transformation, resulting in a modern, luxurious family property. The project included demolishing the entire villa, retaining only the shell and rebuilding from scratch. Key upgrades encompassed, plumbing and electrical systems, masonry work, roofing with new durable ceramic tiles. Staircases were reformed for improved functionality and aesthetic appeal, while modern streamlined window were installed with electrical shutters.

Structural enhancements included the addition of balconies for outdoor living and fully updated custom kitchen and bathrooms featuring sleek contemporary designs. 

Custom woodwork added elegance throughout the interior, complementing high-end finishes and materials.

A sauna and steam room were installed along with a gorgeous swimming pool to elevate the outdoor living space. Landscaping played a critical role, with stone walls providing structure and charm, while lush greenery was incorporated to blend with the natural surroundings.

Custom iron gates and a distinctive front door were hand crafted to give the villa a striking entrance.
