This renovation project involved transforming a bare shell office space into a fully functional and modern office environment. The scope of work encompassed every aspect of the construction and design, starting from essential infrastructure to refined finishes, ensuring the space was both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

Foundational installations started with plumbing and electrical. Plumbing lines were installed to accommodate bathrooms and kitchen facilities. Electrical work was meticulously planned to suit the office layout, including the installation of integrated under-floor sockets to provide power to desk spaces without visible wires, allowing for an uncluttered and organized appearance.

High-performance air conditioning system was installed to maintain optimal heating, cooling and ventilation levels. 

Bathroom installations with modern and streamlined bathroom fittings. Plumbing and tile work were completed to create a comfortable, hygienic and visually appealing space for employees.

Solid oak wood modular flooring was installed throughout the office providing flexibility for future modifications.

Kitchen and cabinetry were custom designed equipped with modern appliances and robust counter surfaces suitable for high-use environments, offering convenience for employees.
